Arice Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. ("AriceGen", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our AI Visibility Analytics platform at aricegen.com.

1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

• Account Data: Email address, name, company name (for B2B), and password hash.
• Usage Data: URLs submitted for analysis, analysis results, timestamps.
• Payment Data: Processed by Paddle (B2B) or Apple/Google (B2C IAP). We do not store card numbers.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info — anonymized after 30 days.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve our AI visibility analysis services.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (analysis results, account notifications).
• Comply with legal obligations (KVKK, GDPR).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• LLM providers (anonymized URLs only — no personal data sent to AI models).
• Payment processors (Paddle, Apple, Google).
• Infrastructure providers (Hetzner — data processing agreement in place).

5. Data Retention

Analysis reports are retained for 12 months. Account data is retained until account deletion. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK and GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and port your data. Contact privacy@aricegen.com to exercise your rights.

7. Cookies

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible — cookie-free). We use localStorage for language preferences only. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow ISO 27001 security practices.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
