These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AriceGen AI Visibility Analytics platform operated by Arice Teknoloji Ltd. Εti. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
AriceGen provides AI visibility analysis by querying leading LLM models to assess how they perceive and recommend brands, products, or services based on submitted URLs.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
B2C subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play (IAP). B2B subscriptions are billed via Paddle. All prices are in USD. Refund policies follow platform-specific guidelines.
AriceGen's GEO Score methodology, reports, and platform are proprietary. You retain ownership of your submitted URLs and data. Generated reports are licensed for your use within your subscription terms.
AriceGen provides analysis based on current AI model responses. AI model outputs may change over time. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to data processing as described therein.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time β access continues until the current billing period ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
